FAQ

Before you pump.

Which forks and shocks are supported?

65 popular models from 12 brands, including Fox, RockShox, Marzocchi, Öhlins, DVO, Cane Creek, Manitou, SR Suntour, Formula, EXT, X-Fusion and PUSH. Missing yours? Email with the brand and model.

Where do the numbers come from?

From each maker's published setup chart wherever one exists. Where a maker doesn't publish a value, the app calculates an estimate and labels it, so you always know which numbers are which.

Is it a replacement for my manual?

No. The settings are starting points. Always check your product's manual and never exceed the maximum pressure printed on your fork or shock.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Everything is calculated on the device, so it works at the trailhead with no connection.

What about my data?

No account, no ads, no tracking. Your bikes and history stay on your device.

Does it run on iPad?

Yes, on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later. On iPad it works well as a shop reference.
